In providing SAKE DESIGN LAB (the “Service”), we collect the following information:
- Information you enter when booking (name, email address, phone number, booking date and time, number of guests, etc.)
- The email address you optionally enter during the experience
- The nickname and blend details you enter during the experience
- Information you enter in the contact form (name, email address, inquiry type, preferred date, number of guests, and message)
2. How we use it
We use the information collected for the following purposes:
- To manage bookings and provide the experience
- To send you your Taste Card, the record of your experience
- To send you information about SAKE DESIGN LAB and WA酒WA食 (Washu Washoku)
- To respond to your inquiries
Entering your email address during the experience is optional. Not entering it will not affect the content of your experience.
3. Sharing with third parties
Except as required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent.
However, we share information with our booking system and payment processor to the extent necessary to process bookings and payments.
4. Retention
Email addresses entered during the experience are kept for one year from collection and deleted afterwards.
Booking information is kept only for the period required by law and as necessary for our business.
Information received through the contact form is kept only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry.
5. Requests for disclosure, correction or deletion
If you request disclosure, correction, suspension of use or deletion of your personal information, we will respond promptly in accordance with the law after verifying your identity.
6. Analytics tools
This website uses Google Analytics, an analytics tool provided by Google LLC, to understand how the site is used and to improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as how you browse this website. The information collected does not include information that directly identifies you, such as your name. You can refuse this collection by disabling cookies in your browser settings.
