Returns and cancellations

Cancellations made by guests are non-refundable. To change or cancel your booking, please contact us by email (sdl@adwork-grp.co.jp) or through the contact form. We do not accept changes or cancellations by phone. Changes to your session date or time are accepted up to 2 days before your session date, subject to availability, and only once per booking. Same-day cancellations due to illness are treated as regular cancellations (no refund). If we judge that a guest has had too much to drink, we may ask them to stop taking part, and no refund will be given in this case. If you are delayed by public transport and let us know before your session starts, you can join when you arrive (the session will still end on time, so you may miss part of the program). If we cancel a session due to severe weather or similar circumstances, we will refund the full amount.
